Bailey Drain Marking Dye is water soluble and is used to identify the direction of water flow in pipes, drains, etc. The best way to use the dye is to dissolve the required amount in about five litres of water and then add it to the stream or tank. Dilution rates refer to the colour added in clean water, for example a 200g jar will provide sufficient dye for approximately 15,000 litres of water.
